I’m Jenica Flippo—an Advanced Sommelier, hospitality professional, and travel advisor with nearly two decades of experience creating memorable experiences through wine, food, and thoughtful service.

My career has taken me through celebrated restaurants, wineries, vineyards, and wine regions around the world. I’ve led award-winning wine programs, developed hospitality teams, worked harvests in Oregon, and helped guests experience wine without the intimidation that too often surrounds it. Today, I bring that same knowledge and attention to detail to personalized travel planning, private tastings, cellar guidance, and hospitality consulting.

Consommé Hospitality grew from my belief that exceptional experiences should feel elevated but never unapproachable. Whether I’m planning a food-and-wine journey, hosting an intimate tasting, or helping a restaurant or winery strengthen its guest experience, my goal is always the same: to create meaningful connections through genuine hospitality.
